I guess part of the reason I always hated exercise is because I always told myself “I hate exercising!” Well I realized I like doing cool things and lots of them actually count as exercise. I really enjoy epic views  while hiking, intense orgasms and seeing exotic fish while snorkeling and all those are great forms of exercise. Changing my mindset and my mantra has shown me I like the good feeling results exercise brings me. I feel strong and happier so then I go eat a treat! 😉
