Making My Peace with Food

These are all things that I’ve benefited from on my quest for balancing how I nourish my body.  How I take care of me here is a direct correlation of how I nurture my mind and soul. From overeating to eating disorders, I’ve definitely had ongoing relationship issues with food. My biggest weight loss success was in 2014 when I stuck to the Slow Carb meal plan and dropped from a size 18 (almost 20) to squeezing into Old Navy size 6 jeans in less than 3 months My heaviest was 230 before the Slow Carb and lowest right after a cleanse was 160. Three years after my big weight loss I’ve still kept (most of!) that weight off and stay around 180 and eat anything I choose. My dream body is medium sized, toned 150 pound version of me!
